Would love to hear more about your Wild Violet tea blend. I’ve decided to let the violets in my flowerbeds do their thing and have heard the flowers are edible/good for tea and jelly!
Hey Kristin! I talked a little more about this on today's episode of The Tea's Made podcast but in short, it was really simple. I added a handful of petals to a cardamom-flavored black tea and it added just a hint of floral goodness - I really loved it! And then I let some petals float on top just for the pretty factor. You can also steep the violets on their own in water and it turns the water the loveliest shade of blue...not super flavorful, just a delicate floral taste. I hope that helps!
