As you know, I am on the hunt for my 1st electric kettle so I can't really comment on the features, other than I am looking for one with temperature readings, since I am still experimenting with different teas, and want to be able to know that I am brewing them at the recommended temp. The Hazel Quinn is beautiful, and that would be my pick for you! I like your idea of having the floral one for yourself (in your office maybe?) and the white and gold was your kitchen one? Just a thought! This is the one that I am considering: https://www.crateandbarrel.com/breville-brushed-truffle-black-luxe-smart-kettle/s143997. I saw someone else suggested a Breville one. I am new to this brand!
Huge tea drinker here (because [a] from a former British colony and [b] married to a Brit), and these are lovely. I will say in my experience, every time i've bought a pretty kettle, I've been disappointed with its performance. Every. Time. So I'm going to refrain from giving my opinion. (I will offer that we have this one, and it works a treat: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003KYSLNQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 )
Look, YOU MAY HAVE BETTER LUCK. I fully admit that it might be my own curse. And because of this I refuse to share which of the two you've offered I prefer, LEST I PASS THE CURSE ON TO YOU.
Ok, I totally get the temp readout but ultimately I do LOVE my new kettle. So not to add more options to the mix but this it the one I have and I LOVE it. I wanted white ('cause our new kitchen is white) and I wanted it big and to heat quickly. This one works great and is very pretty. :) Good luck!
Oh I love how simple that one is. And yeah, I certainly don't feel like I NEED the temp readout, I just think the analog ones are kind of neat. I will add this to my list (thanks a lot Carrie!)
OK so this is so Koh to add a recommendation instead of voting but this is my kettle and it is easy to use and everyone compliments it because hello, so cute. https://amzn.to/3HdVIA9
I say go for #1 in white. It's gorgeous! Plus the great price and features. And like you said, you can always go for the patterned one for your private tea sanctuary. Can't wait to see what you pick!
That Hazel Quinn is beautiful but I get it about the husband opinion.... I would still pick it. Are you eventually adding a personal tea/nook area?? I have always wanted to make a coffee/tea bar area in our house but have yet to do it.
Ha :) "I would still pick it" is in my mind, too. The way our house is laid out, there's not a ton of room for a tea nook in the main living area, but I could see moving much of my collection to my office perhaps...still figuring that out.
I asked for (and received) a new electric kettle for Christmas! Of the three you posted, my favorite is the Corchevel. I have an almost identical one--the Haden Heritage model, which you can get from Target, Williams-Sonoma, and various other places. I love that classic look--the way it looks like a regular tea kettle. It has great reviews, and so far I love it. Costs $80.
I don't have an electric kettle, so I can't comment on functionality, but my new mantra is, life is too short not to have pretty things, so the Hazel Quinn would be my choice.

KAREN, THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO HEAR RIGHT NOW....
Maybe I could have a "pretty" one that I just pretend to use and then hide the "functional" one in the pantry...
(And of course you know I'm kidding. I appreciate the suggestion, errr, link that is not at all a suggestion!)

haha, I love this thread.
Me too! :)
Okay - a friend just shared this in a DM on Instagram, and my mind is BLOWN: https://amzn.to/48tBZZe
WOW! I love my simple KitchenAid but this one looks amazing. And pricey!

You are the third? Fourth? person to recommend the Haden brand, but I LOVE that particular print. Definitely another possibility to add to the pile...

I think that's the same one Carrie shared below! So pretty!

It's so pretty, isn't it? I love that mantra :)
I love that mantra!
I have fallen in love with the Beautiful Collection by Drew Barrymore. I have this one in the soft green color

It heats very quickly and makes large quantities. And I'm very happy with all the preset settings. It can be set to Celsius or Fahrenheit.
That is so pretty, April!
