I am so happy for you Meagan ! I do not know how you do it, but you do it and it is real deal inspiration. If I get up to MI I am going to make Bevy Tea my first stop.

Some encouragement for your writing edits. I write and read and draft most of the day doing my daily job. I find this method very helpful:

Pomodoro Technique:

1. Set a timer for 25 min and focus on one task.

2. After timer rings, take a 5 minute break.

3. Repeat this cycle 4 times, then take a longer break of 20-30 min.

NOTE: If I am being honest, the 5 min. break usually includes either a diet coke or a cup of hot tea (and if I am really luck a yummy shortbread type cookie with it). Neither are that good for me, but getting the work done IS good for me, so whatever it takes : )

As usual, all my best to you Meagan. You keep the good words coming and I'll keep the fan club going !

Your friend Jen P.

I'd forgotten about the Pomodoro Technique, but what great timing, Jen! I definitely work best in short bursts with mini-breaks and I love the idea of creating some structure around it. Obviously, tea and shortbread are the best way to fill those breaks. :) Thank you!
