Congratulations on your new shop! Maybe someday my husband and I will get to Michigan from Minnesota and stop by. I’d love to! And thanks for the granola recipe. We’ve been making granola for years but got out of the habit in the last two (very busy) years. We’ve restarted homemade granola and I’m experimenting with recipes to find what we like best, so I will add yours to the rotation. I also use recipes from Tightwad Gazette (inspired to try this one again after you wrote about the book) and The Hillbilly Housewife, among some others.
