Loved this season of Only Murders. Not my fav of the four. I love all your podcasts. The Mom Hour SAVED me when I was newly post partum with my first back in 2020. I went DEEP in the archives. Also as a Tea lover enjoy the TeasMade. I have been trying less social media and have really enjoyed Substack

Oh gosh Kellie this is the best comment ever! Yes, Substack has a slower pace and a less frantic tone than the other platforms…I like a lot!

Loved this post and podcast episode! I think this sounds like a great cadence and I'm looking forward to it! Regarding your herbalism interests, I suggest checking out https://www.mayernikkitchen.com/. They're local to me in NJ and grow and make lots of their own tinctures, oximels, and "teas." Whatever they can't grow or make themselves they source from trusted vendors. Such a wonderful thing they're doing.

Beautiful writing as always. As someone new to the delights of tea, I am really enjoying your introductions to new blends and varieties. Also, I love the slower, more sustainable pace you propose to your writing and podcasts.

Thank you Regina! I'm so glad you are a fan of the slower pace :) Would love to hear which teas hit the mark for you, or if you have any questions you'd like to see me cover!

Love how you journey through the ‘rooms’ on the podcast!

That was sort of a happy accident - just came out as I was talking. I love that it worked!

Meagan, we just got back to Cape Cod after running around down south for 10 days and the leaves are everywhere except on the trees. November has come in with a bang. Crunchy and cool ... and I can't believe how cozy I feel!

Cozy season is the best season :) I've also been south for the last week and am so curious what I'll find when I get home.

I just recently started using a sunrise alarm clock, and it is SO NICE to not feel like a trainwreck in the morning. 😂 I've never, ever been a morning person, despite feeling like I 'should' be and also just wanting to be. But waking up before the kids helps me feel less like I'm already 1000 steps behind.

I remember those days of wanting to be up before my kids, but having it feel SO HARD. Midlife has shifted my sleeping habits a lot, too - now I wake up pretty easily long before the dawn. But I think it definitely helps to bring "dawn" into my room :)
